Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract for service delivery, your consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business, and compliance with legal obligations for records we must retain.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

  • Wix.com Ltd. — Website hosting, forms, and file uploads

  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing

  • Proton AG — Business email

  • Google LLC — Business productivity and document tools

  • Professional advisors — Our own legal, accounting, or insurance advisors, under a duty of confidentiality

  • Authorities — Where required by law, subpoena, or court order

Each service provider is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Client financial information

Financial statements and supporting records you provide for an engagement are treated as confidential client information, not marketing data. They are never sold, never shared with other clients, and never used for any purpose other than delivering your engagement. Our handling practices are described in the Client Data Handling Statement.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function, including session and security cookies set by Wix, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent forms and checkout from working.

How long we keep it
  • Website inquiry and form submissions: 3 years from last contact

  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then suppression-list only

  • Client engagement records and financial documents: 7 years after the engagement ends

  • Payment and accounting records: as required by tax and recordkeeping law

Security

We use access controls, strong authentication, encrypted transmission, and encrypted storage for client files, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, ask for a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, other U.S. state privacy laws, or the GDPR. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. Requests that conflict with records we must retain by law or professional obligation will be honored to the extent the law allows, and we will explain what we must keep and why.

To make a request, email office@paradisecoastfinancial.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not direct the site to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
